Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter and sugar (or honey) until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients except almonds. Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press an almond in center of each, flattening out cookie slightly. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set but not brown.
