Prime Rib

 1 4 -lb prime rib
 1 ½ tsp Hawaiian salt
 2 cloves garlic, grated
 1 tsp seasoning salt
 1 tsp brown sugar
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp Soyu
1

Mix and Rub over meat and let set overnight. Roast at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour on roasting rack with carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes below rack with two cups of water.
Strain drippings and thicken for gravy.
