Half-Cup Cookies

½ cup butter or margarine, softened
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
½ cup honey
¼ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped, roasted cashews, toasted almonds or walnut pieces
½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
½ cup raisins
½ cup granola cereal
1In large bowl of electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter and sugar until creamy; beat in eggs, honey, milk and vanilla.
2In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, blending thoroughly. Mix in chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, raisins and granola untill well combined.

3Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets, spacing cookies about 1 inch apart. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
4Transfer to racks and let cool. Store airtight.
Yield: About 5 dozen
