 1 cup powdered sugar
 2 egg yolks
 dash salt
 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
 ½ cup toasted chopped almonds
 ½ cup chocolate bits, chopped

Combine sugar, egg yolk and salt. Beat until thick and creamy. Thoroughly fold in whipped cream. Fold in almonds and chocolate. Serve over cake, ice cream, puddings or fruit.
Yield: 3 cups (8 servings)
