 1 tbsp butter
 ½ cup diced green pepper
 2 tbsp chopped onion
 1 1 1/2 oz. package Schilling Spaghetti Sauce Mix
 1 6 oz can tomato paste
 2 ¼ cups water
 ½ tsp dried oregano
 ¼ tsp pepper
 3 cups (8 oz) spiral macaroni
 1 12 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute green pepper and onion 2 minutes over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in oregano leaves and pepper. Cook macaroni following package directions for the minimum suggested time. Drain. In 2 quart casserole combine spaghetti sauce, macaroni, tuna and a ¾ cup of the mozzarella cheese. Toss lightly to mix well. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 1-cup servings
