2 eggs
1 can (16 oz) solid pack pumpkin
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
1 ½ cups PET Evaporated Milk
1 pie crust

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 375 degrees. If your pie crust is frozen, remove crust from freezer.

Combine filling ingredients in order given above. Place pie shell on pre-heated cookie sheet near the center of oven. Working quickly, pour filling into pie shell.

Bake for 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
